- He has a background across several industries and has worked in various capacities from Business Development, Group Advisor, Consultant, and Risk Advisor
- His ambition and passion for helping organizations become 'Customer Centric' has led him to form Epic Consulting in Dubai
- He is a certified SCHEMA® assessment facilitator, and has been selected as a judge for the Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2015
